With totally 350 personals, Beijjng ARC has welding factories located at Shunyi(Beijing), Changping(Beijing), Yuzhou(Henan), Zhuzhou(Hunan) , Urumqi(Xinjiang), Nanning(Guangxi) and Chongqing. There are totally over 350 personals in our company. Our products and service covers the following industry: power, building material, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, machinery, aerospace, etc. The company’s annual output value surpasses 200 million.
Online/Offline overlaying technology from Beijing ARC stands at the frontier in China domestic market. Till now, we have offered overlaying remanufacturing service for vertical mill, roller and roller press from over 1100 heat-engine plants, cement mills and steel mills. Our overlaying service for Composite grinding roller/segment and composite steel plate got public praise from our customer.
Beijing ARC owns two production lines for welding wire which produces 7 series of flux cored wire. Our annual capacity for welding wire is 4,000 ton. Those welding wires are very popular in power, cement and metallurgy industry. And the performance of our welding wire reached international level.
As the forthgoer of hard-facing industry, Beijing ARC boasts 17 national patents. There are complete R&D, production and sales system on overlaying material, overlaying equipment, welding machine and remanufacturing service. Till now, we are able to provide over 30 kinds of auto overlaying equipment. Some of the Intelligent overlaying equipment developed by Beijing ARC(narrow gap welding machine, saddle-shaped welding machine, small diameter pipe welding machine, inner pipe of bend pipe welding machine) occupies certain market share in international cutting-edge technology on welding industry.
Beijing ARC was awarded as "Best grinding roll/segment" for consequence 3 years in "Golden Ball" campaign of China anti-wear industry. More over, Beijing ARC win “Most competitive leader brand in China’s hard-facing industry” in the year 2009.
