Characteristics:
1, After welding, the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece
2, High anti wear, produce austenite, initial carbide exists in surfacing material.
3, After welding, very limited deformability
4, It is easy to grinding polishing, but can not be flaming cut nor mechanical processed
5, Temperature for application should not beyond 550°C
Recommendation:
Apply to hard-facing of workpiece which need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force: weld repair, thermal mill roller/segment repair, cement vertical mill roller/segment, pulverizer roller repair, crusher hammer repair, also suitable for manufacturing the composite steel plate and overlaying the composite roller.
