Material grade: wear-resistant welding wire
Material Identification: High-carbide, high chromium Fe-based alloy
Standard: GB10045-88
Carbon Content: 5.0%
Chromium Content: 28%
Other metal: Mn, Si, etc.
Hardness of the welding wire: HRC58-62
Characteristics:
1, After welding, the reacted compound carbide distributes in the base part of workpiece
2, High anti-wear, generate austenite, welding wire has primary carbide
3, When meet abrasion stress, it is extremely anti-wear
4, It is liable to grinding polish, not suitable for flame cutting or mechanical processing
5, The application temperature should not beyond 550°C
Recommendation:
Suitable for the hard-facing treatment of workpiece that need to endure strong wear and medium impulsive force: welding repair, thermal mill roller/segments repair, cement vertical mill roller/segments, pulverizer roller repair, crush hammer repair, also suitable for manufacturing the composite steel plate and overlaying the composite roller.
