Characteristics:

1, metal alloys with High anti-wear, generate austenite
2, apply to overlaying work piece with high impact force or rotary load
3, easy to grinding polishing, not suitable for cutting by flame cutting nor machinery processing,
4, temperature for application should not beyond 550°C

Recommendation:

Suitable for remanufacture high chromium cast iron by overlaying or use as bottom of welding layer.

Apply to the filter layer of hard-facing.
Apply to the bottom layer of remanufacture composite products by overlaying.
