Applications:
ARC-WZM1-315C portal frame tube-tube plate automatic welding machine is used to weld outer diameter (8mm-80mm) tube and tube-plate. It is suitable for various joints including flat welding, angle welding, interior angle weld, etc. It is also suitable for the welding pattern of wire filling and no wire filling. It is important welding equipment for high pressure vessel and heat exchanger which are made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, etc.. This equipment is mainly used for pipe with small diameter, small pipe bridge and compact pipe bunch.
Characters:
1. It is suitable for TIG automatic welding. It can be able to carry out fillet weld, pipe flat, with wire filling or no wire filling.
2. Compact headpiece is able to rotate by 180° in horizontal direction convenient for change tungsten electrode and fine-tuning wire feeder. Stepping motor is adopted in rotation motor and wire feeder motor to ensure stable activities. This equipment applies to varieties of tube plate butt welding. The water-cooling device on locating mandrel of handpiece ensures continuous work of the equipment and avoids internal flow of weld toe. 3. For convenient movement, all the water-cooling device for handpiece, power supply and forced water-cooling system were on the same trolley. Forced water-cooling system is able to make sure continuous work of the welding machine.
Control system has stable performance and high anti-interference due to PLC
in it. It is able to control all welding parameters. The handpiece worked stably due to fixed position from gantry beam.
Due to 5D system, the equipment is able to adjust in the position of X, Y, Z, up-down, and left-right to make sure the handpiece is vertical to tube plate.
